Medically Managed Weight Loss Program
Weight loss isn't a goal, it's a lifestyle!
At Northwest Healthcare, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your weight loss and maintain a healthy lifestyle. For individuals seeking professional assistance with weight loss, the Bariatric Weight Loss Services offer a wide array of services to meet you where you are in your weight loss journey.
During your consultation, our board-certified obesity medicine provider, in collaboration with a registered dietitian, will discuss your goals and review the best program and dietary recommendations based on your medical history. We offer provider-supervised programs that utilize prescription medication for those that qualify.
Services include:
- Medical assessments and monitoring
- Nutritional guidance and meal planning/replacements
- Exercise recommendations
- Educational programs
- Behavior modification
The amount of weight you lose will be determined by factors such as medical history, your individualized weight loss plan and your adherence to diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes. With medications, a patient may maintain their weight loss. For patients who do not achieve their weight loss goals through medications, weight loss surgery may be an option.
