Admissions
The admissions desk is located at the main hospital admitting department. All inpatients and patients who require outpatient and pre-admissions testing should register here. All patients who have a surgical procedure scheduled that involves an overnight stay should register here. If your surgical procedure does not require an overnight stay, please use the surgery entrance on the north side of hospital.
Remember to bring:
- All current health insurance information, including your insurance card
- A photo ID
- Physician orders and prescriptions for any tests you will receive
- Referrals from your primary care physician (if your insurer requires them)
- A payment method for deductibles and co-payments (financing is also available)
- Your advance directive, if you have one
- Your social security card and photo identification
